The Partnership Search® concept allows us to focus on what companies want, an expert in the search process. The search process includes developing an understanding of the client company’s business, their specific recruiting needs, researching and identifying the best individuals in target companies, and screening, qualifying, and selling top candidates on the client's opportunity. Unlike traditional search firms, once we have presented the final candidates, our clients are asked to partner with us using their existing human resources infrastructure and expertise to take a lead role in the hiring steps. The hiring steps include selling final candidates on the opportunity, checking final references and developing and extending the offer. Although the client company takes ownership of the hiring steps, we counsel them through the hiring phase and facilitate bringing the chosen candidate to a successful hire.
